12 February, 2010 - Ambassador of Switzerland to Bhutan,
Philippe Welti, hands over the ceremonial key to the buildings at the
Paro college of education, constructed by the Swiss agency for
development and corporation (SDC), to the vice chancellor, royal
university of Bhutan, Dasho (Dr) Pema Thinley. Looking on is Helvetas
project manager, Werner Christen
